With a prominent frontage to the A34 and forming part of an area of open space, the land extends to 1.35 acres (0.55 hectares) or thereabouts, has a largely flat topography, is adjacent to a residential area with primary and middle schools in the immediate vicinity and has a children's nursery and an Aldi store close by. Offers are being invited for the freehold subject to the receipt of planning consent and highways authority approval to a new access from the A34.
