DEVELOPMENT LAND - STONE DEAL ANNOUNCEMENT
LNT Care Developments Limited has completed the company's purchase of land at The Fillybrooks, Walton, Stone. The site consists of an area of broadly rectangular-shaped undeveloped land extending in total to about 1.35 acres (0.55 hectares) and originally provided open space. Located on a well-established residential estate, the buyer intends to develop the property to provide a care home following receipt of the appropriate planning consent. Millar Sandy acted in the sale on behalf of the vendor, Stafford Borough Council.
