Formerly used for vehicle recovery and repair purposes, the premises provide office accommodation and a vehicle workshop together various smaller buildings in total extending to 3,165 sq.ft. (294.03 sq.m.) on an enclosed secure site of 1.02 acres (0.41 hectares). The quoting rental was £22,500 per annum.
