Staffordshire County Council have instructed
Millar Sandy to commence the marketing of
Unit 1, 2 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford. Forming part of the local authority's centrally located headquarters building, the available premises comprise one of four units on the ground floor, one of which provides the library service with the other two in use for hospitality purposes. The unit was previously used as a university regional learning centre, would be suitable for office, retail or catering purposes, extends to 2,155 sq.ft. (200.21 sq.m.) and is being offered with a quoting rental of £34,000 per annum.
