Astral Fire and Security Limited has completed the company's purchase of
The Babbage Building, Church Lane, Hixon, Staffordshire, from
Staffordshire County Council, on whose behalf
Millar Sandy acted as selling agents. Comprising a single-storey office building located to the south of the centre of the village, the property provides a net internal floor area of 4,645 sq.ft. (431.53 sq.m.) on a 0.80 acre (0.32 hectare) site and was marketed with a guide price of £400,000.
