Amber Taverns Limited. This prime three-storey retail property was previously let to the Arcadia Group and provides a net floor area of 7,465 sq.ft. (693.52 sq.m.). Following the receipt of planning consent, the property is to be refurbished to provide a public house with opening planned in the Summer of 2019. The guide prices was £300,000.
