Millar Sandy have brokered the sale of the freehold of

J & S Property Acquisitions Limited coupled with the surrender of the leasehold interest. These town centre retail and office premises are located at the north end of the town's main shopping thoroughfare, were previously used as an estate agent's showroom, provide a net area of 1,915 sq.ft. (177.91 sq.m.) on three floors and were offered with a guide price of £250,000.
