Following the company's purchase of the former QVF Process Systems Limited complex at Tollgate Industrial Park, Polemarch Industrial Limited has embarked on a scheme of division to create five warehouse/industrial units to form Tollgate Court. Two units have already been let, one back to QVF and the second to Storage Boost Limited. Units 2 - 4, Tollgate Court, Tollgate Drive, Tollgate Industrial Park, Beaconside, Stafford, are now available to let on new leases. Unit 2 provides a floor area of 5,375 sq.ft. (499.35 sq.m.), Unit 3 extends to 6,000 sq.ft. (557.42 sq.m.) and Unit 4 will accommodate a requirement of 4,240 sq.ft. (393.91 sq.m.), with combinations allowing configurations up to 15,615 sq.ft. (1,450.68 sq.m.). Millar Sandy have been appointed the sole letting agents.
