STAFFORD DEAL ANNOUNCEMENT

West Midlands Regional Ambulance Service NHS Trust has completed its acquisition of Area 1 and Unit 4, Tollgate Drive, Tollgate Industrial Estate, Beaconside, Stafford. Already occupying Unit 2 on the development, the Trust has added to its existing holding the 0.60 acre (0.24 hectares) surfaced parking provided by Area 1 and the 4,950 sq.ft. (459.86 sq.m.) workshop space accommodated by Unit 4, the latter occupying a site extending to 0.40 acres ( 0.16 hectares). The two premises were marketed on lease at a combined rental of £35,000 a year. Millar Sandy acted for the landlord, R D Hunt Limited.
