REVISED STAFFORD INSTRUCTION

Polemarch Industrial Limited has revised part of the company's Tollgate Court development to accommodate two smaller units of 2,445 sq.ft. (227.15 sq.m.), to be known as 5b, and 3,130 sq.ft. (290.79 sq.m.), now identified as 5a. Two larger units have already been let, one back to QVF, the original owner of the site, and the second to Storage Boost Limited. Units 3, 4, 5a and 5b, Tollgate Court, Tollgate Drive, Tollgate Industrial Park, Beaconside, Stafford, will be ready for occupation in February 2008 following completion of the division works. Unit 3 extends to 6,000 sq.ft. (557.42 sq.m.) and Unit 4 will satisfy a requirement for 4,240 sq.ft. (393.91 sq.m.), with combinations of the available space allowing configurations up to 15,300 sq.ft. (1,421.42 sq.m.). Millar Sandy are the appointed the sole letting agents.
