Marketed with an asking rental of £40,000 per annum, the premises provide a main street retail outlet extending to 1,300 sq.ft. (120.77 sq.m.) and were formerly occupied by Three Cooks. The new tenant intendes to operate as a coffee shop. Millar Sandy, in conjunction with Lawson Hubbard Lowe of Leeds, acted for the landlord, Conn Securities Limited.
