A J W Properties have purchased the 7.79 acre (3.15 hectare) site at Pasturefields, Great Haywood, Stafford, that has been sold by Millar Sandy acting on behalf of their private vendor client. Fronting the A51 Rugeley to Stone Trunk Road and located approximately seven miles west from the County Town, this irregular shaped area of largely level land adjoins the well-established Pasturefields Enterprise Park. Current planning consent exists on part to enable the development of a 60,000 sq.ft. (5,574 sq.m.) warehouse building which the purchaser intends to proceed with in the near future. The site was being marketed with an asking guide price of £1.25M.
