Ambuline Limited has taken a lease of Unit 6 at St Albans Court, St Albans Road, Stafford, one of a new development of six terraced warehouse/industrial units due to be completed in February of this year. Extending to 1,850 sq.ft. (171.87 sq.m.), the premises were marketed at £9,500 per annum. Millar Sandy are acting for the developer.
