The property comprises a substantial Georgian three-storey listed office building extending to 3,400 sq.ft. (316 sq.m.) situated on the fringe of the town centre overlooking Elmore Park and was marketed with an asking price of £325,000. Millar Sandy and the Lichfield office of Kingston & Partners acted jointly for the private vendor clients.
